
Maintenance Request
Your maintenance request is important to us, we want to take care of any problem as quickly as possible.
Routine maintenance requests must be in writing. For your convenience, you can submit a request using our on-line Tenant Login or by completing the form below.
After we receive your request, someone will be in contact with you within 48 business hours. If you don’t hear from anyone within that time period, please call to follow up.
To help us respond quickly, please be as specific as possible when describing your problem. Requests that are not specific (such as “stove not working”) will delay our response while we contact you for clarification.
To report emergency maintenance needs after business hours, call (718) 374-5072 and leave a detailed message (Your name, address, phone number and the nature of your emergency).
NOTE: For police or fire emergencies, please dial 911 before calling our office.
